Ugly Half is an award-winning brewery in Wugu New Taipei City. In the two years we have been alive we have established ourselves a producer of high quality, delicious beer with a creative spirit. We have carved a foothold in the beer community and now we need a Marketing Executive to give us new inspersion. Join us to grow a new beer culture in Taiwan and beyond.

About This Role

崗位職責

Marketing Executive is an essential role of executing brand/marketing campaigns. This role aims to communicate our brand purpose and achieve business goals through developing various online and offline campaigns. We are looking for a marketing team member who can manage multiple projects simultaneously.

酉鬼啤酒的行銷專員是完成品牌行銷活動的重要成員之一，能夠有效率地執行酉鬼啤酒各種線上線下活動，傳達品牌價值並幫助達成營運目標。我們正在尋找一位具有執行能力的行銷專員，能同時顧及進行中的活動與日常事務，一起讓酉鬼啤酒品牌持續在市場創造影響力。

Key Responsibilities

主要職責

Undertake daily marketing administrative task

協助處理行銷相關的行政業務

Webshop operation: Importing products, handling logistic and payment process, customer service, updating database for CRM campaign.

電商營運：上架商品、處理金流與物流、回覆客服、數據分析、電商行銷規劃與執行。

Managing social posts and campaigns.

社群維護：執行社群內容與排程。

Supporting and executing the marketing activation including online and offline campaigns/events.

協助行銷產品行銷專案與活動。

Managing customer data gathered from online and offline events.

管理顧客資料。

Coordinating the internal teams (sales, brewery, design) and external partners.

內外部溝通窗口，需具備溝通談判能力。

Must Have Skills & Qualifications

必要技能及要求

Online marketing experience including e-commerce and social media

網路行銷相關經驗，包括電商與社群。

Familiarity/knowledge in HTML

具有HTML的基本知識。

A hard driver for operational results including budgets, timelines, and efficiencies

具備優秀的專案管理及執行能力，善於掌控預算、時程表及執行效率。

2+ years experience in a similar role

2年以上相關經驗。

Able to communicate and present in English

可以用英文溝通為加分條件。
