Your Missions

JP Growth marketing manager

Role

• Set the quarterly, yearly strategic marketing plans and initiatives
• Define the optimal marketing mix and media mix for the service, manage the marketing budget and execute campaigns
• Be responsible for maximizing a market share and generating a revenue
• Manage and execute marketing initiatives with local marketing agency
• Build and develop local partnerships to deliver the value of a product to the JP market and strengthen a brand awareness.
• Do close communicate with cross functional team in HQ
  

Your Skills

• Have a strong marketing background in mobile app industry or internet business industry
• Have a very good understanding and experience of digital marketing platform and their use in developing markets and brands
• at least over 5 year marketing experience and partnership management in Japan
• Positive thinker with passion and goal oriented people
• Have excellent communication/presentation skill
• Be self motivated, result oriented and able to work well with a fast moving team
• A start-up attitude with an entrepreneurship, work independently
• Fluent Japanese speaker, being proficient in all communication forms of English
  

(Native speaker is preferable)
