The intern will be responsible for performing various assigned duties under the guidance of Retail Business Development Director including:

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports, refining and standardizing reporting format across AP retail markets to enable timely sales performance monitoring
• Organize key retail business development events, i.e. logistical arrangement, communication deck, meeting materials preparations
• Support gathering of market and competitor information on Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and Philippines and create BI database for SEA markets
• Assist in setting up APRB Team Room structure and contents to allow greater information sharing including best practices across markets, and creating synergy in multiple locations
• Support and deliver assignments/ project
  
  

In return, the interns will expect to gain from the internship including:

• Understanding of the AM industry
• Cross team communication and coordination
• Regional exposures to various AP market industry knowledge
• Project management skills
  
  

Requirements

• Proficient in English writing and speaking
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (running/creating functions, pivot tables/ charts)
• Data analytics (PowerBI proficiency), define data rules for data interpretation
• Good time management and ability to multitasks
• Critical thinking – to analyze and evaluate situation/ issue and form preliminary judgement
• Out-spoken – to speak up his/her mind
• Attention to details
• Take initiatives to make full use of his internship on production
