Job Title: Private Equity Intern

Location:Taipei, Taiwan

Bowrington capital limited is a private equity firm that focuses on the infrastructure sector, and we are the first NDC qualified independent PE fund. Our mission is to deliver superior risk adjusted long-term returns for our investors while creating positive impact on local Sustainability Development Goals through investments that seek yield and capital growth from high-quality, long-life infrastructure and related real assets.

Responsibility:

· Conduct industry research for target sectors, including market trends, market participants, regulations, and opportunities.

· Assist in performing comprehensive due diligence (includes financial model and investment memos).

· Assist in presentation materials preparation for external parties.

· Support the origination of investment opportunities pipeline.

Requirements:

· Understand financial statements, including income statements, statements of cash flow, and balance sheet. CFA, FRM and/or CAIA designation or plan to pursue is preferrable.

· Flexible, adaptable, and self-motivated personality. Capable of working both independently and as a team in a highly collaborative and global environment.

· Ability to articulate ideas effectively, both in writing and verbally, to internal team members.

· Proficiency in Mandarin and English is required.

· Meticulous attention to details with an ability to remain focused across a wide range of assignments.

· Proficient in MS Office applications.

· Keen on learning new things.
