Job Mission

As a Java software engineer you will join one of our multinational Scrum teams to create state of the art software solutions. We are committed to follow the Agile way of working, with sprints every two weeks, aiming for frequent releases of working software. In all teams we cooperate with internal and external experts from different knowledge domains to discover and build the best solutions possible. We use tools like Continuous Integration with GIT, Jira and Bamboo. We move fast to help our customers reach their goals, and we strive to create reliable and well-tested software, as a failure in our software stack can severely impact customers’ operations.

Job Description

• Translate improvement ideas into software solutions.
• Design, implement and test the software application mainly written in Java.
• Drive and align on technical direction with local SW team to assure impact of software changes is properly documented, reviewed and accepted by all stakeholders.
  
  

Education

A relevant Bachelor or Master student in software engineering, computer science, information systems, IT or other related subject with emphasis on software development

Experience

• Hands-on experience on the Java language (Java, web programming etc.).
• Knowledgeable about OOP, design patterns.

• You have good communications (downward, upward, and sideways), people interaction and teamwork skills.
• You are open-minded, you like to discuss about technical challenges, and you want to push the boundaries of technology.
