He/She works with hourly and management staff to address process, safety, staffing, and training. This position coordinates the needs and efforts of distribution employees to ensure customer satisfaction is met. He/She facilitates the smooth execution of procedures and management of systems.

• 每日與主管彙報現場作業進度及工作協調
• 進出貨作業管理、庫存及儲位管理、現場異常事件處理、臨時工作調度
• 倉庫5S環境維護與稽核
• 倉庫報表管理與資料提供
• 倉庫系統異常處理與反應
• KPI管理、作業流程改善提案
• 製作SOP與更新維護
• 客戶端特殊需求處理
• 於主管休假及出差期間擔任職務代理人
• 主管交辦事項
