Job Title

Head of Technology Job Description: Responsibilities

• Integrate with the Market Leadership team shaping technology strategies and driving performance outcome
• Drive business transformation strategy by providing the best fit technology solution aligned with enterprise architecture
• Develop, manage, and track the Enterprise Technology budget and spend in collaboration with Regional PMO
• Oversee Enterprise Technology systems and operations in collaboration with COE & Share Service Leaders
• Consult senior-level stakeholders across functions and Service Lines to identify business needs and optimize the use of technology
• Drive the implementation of digital, data and automation technology to improve productivity and insight
• Coordinate with InfoSec on Audit teams on security and compliance related projects
• Support client pitches and client technology solutions across Service Lines
• Provide direction, guidance, and training to local Technology staff Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Strong hand on experience working in IT operations, supervising technology teams, and overseeing large information technology projects
• Familiar with enterprise digitalization, integration and automation
• Excellent understanding of computer systems, security, network, systems administration, databases, data storage, and telecommunications systems
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with teams across the entire organization
• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
• Strong knowledge of project management principles
