A rapidly expanding consumer goods company is looking for a talented Head of Quality in Taiwan to take on a newly created role.Key Responsibilities

• Familiar with establish and maintain the company’s quality, environment, safety to meet the requirements of the company
• Interactive closely with business team and HQ to drive the accuracy of the quality assurance
• Oversee all aspects of quality management planning functions
• Responsible for new product development, quality assurance and regulatory affair
• Know how to guide QA and vendor in product testing and control procedures
• Make sure factory production is right on the schedules weekly and daily
• Leading a sizable team

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• People management experience is a must
• Fluent in both English and Chinese
