Job Description

• Are you passionate about computer graphics and disrupting the industry with your innovations Working with leading engineers on Intels latest GPUCPU architecture
• In this position you will be responsible for providing technical support and enabling one or many products andor product family
• Responsibilities include participating in new graphics product development representing the customers graphics technical needs developing and presenting technical training materials
• You will also be working with marketing and field sales team to help resolve customers technical questions and participate or drive customer meetings
• Individuals act as technical experts consultants analysts and program managers
• You will be responding to customer andor client requests or events as they occur
• You will be developing solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgment will be responsible for triage and debug of bugs reported by OEMs to ensure OEM designs are launched timely
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Software Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent STEM degree An advanced degree is preferred
• 5 years of relevant industry experience
• 3 years of experience in Computer graphics architecture including features driver architecture application behavior etc
• Knowledge of Computer graphics architecture including features driver architecture application behavior etc
• Knowledge of Intel Graphics the media decode and encode is a plus
• Knowledge of Windows driver or application development experience is a plus
• Strong communication including spoken and written English and interpersonal skills
• Sound technical fundamentals of Computer Architecture SBIOS Hardware Driver OS such as Windows 10 software development process C andor C
• Willing to independently isolate technical issues and debug its root cause and drive to its closure
• Decision making and problem solving sharing of technical specifications and marketing communication literature to OEMs
• Technical activities required for product marketing conferences demos training poweron and workshop
• Interest to travel to conduct business with customers in PRC and US
• Expecting to collaborate cross different geos
• Highlevel working knowledge of PC architecture hardware software firmware
• Stakeholder and conflict management skills
• Presentation skills and understand specify and communicate requirements to marketing and engineering teams
• Work in a highly ambiguous environment and to achieve high quality results
