HTC is a dynamic and rapidly growing organization that values its employees and recognizes the importance of a competitive total rewards package. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Total Rewards Professional to join our team and take the lead in setting the strategic direction and leading our global C&B community. In this role you will be able to interacting with our HR colleagues and employees in TW, EMEA, North America, APAC and China, designing and implementing global Total Rewards program. Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and communicate the strategic direction for the company’s total rewards programs, aligning them with organizational objectives and market best practices.
  • Lead the global C&B community, providing guidance, support, and expertise to HR professionals across different regions.
  • Develop and administer competitive total rewards strategies, including compensation, benefits, retirements, engagements, and other HR programs, to attract and retain key talent.
  • Manage and oversee the implementation of programs such as annual salary reviews, variable pay, Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOP), and Global mobility.
  • Regularly revisit grading structures, job families, and benchmarking to ensure alignment with industry standards and competitiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with all governmental regulations related to compensation and benefit programs in all regions of operation.
  • Supports and Guides management by providing total reward advice, counsel and decisions; analyzing information and applications.
  • Promoting process improvement and work with HRBP to facilitate the performance management and reinforce pay for performance culture.
  • Be a great change agent and demonstrate with attitude, knowledge and skills. Understand people analytic and lead the team transformations.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in setting the strategic direction for total rewards programs and leading the global C&B community.
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits practices, including variable pay systems, ESOPs, and RSAs.
  • Strong understanding of grading structures, job families, and benchmarking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of governmental regulations related to compensation and benefits.
  • Prior experience in a global compensation and benefits role is highly desirable.
  • Ability and experience in compensation committee managements and quarterly & annual reporting.
