Nefab Group is on a growth journey and we are dependent on high-potential people to succeed. We offer a recent graduate with the ambition to work in a global organization the opportunity to join our Global Trainee Program. As a Global Trainee, you will be part of saving resources in supply chains, for our local and global customers in industries like Telecom, Energy and Automotive.

The Global Trainee program is designed to give your career within the Nefab Group a kick-start and enable you to quickly contribute to our strategy and success. The 10-month program starts with a broad introduction at Nefab’s headquarter in Sweden, where our top management and other experts will involve and challenge you in various projects. Further, you will get a thorough introduction to a defined function based on your profile and strengths.

During this program, you will also gain a deeper cross-cultural experience through a 3-month international assignment in one of Nefab’s regions – North America, Europe, or Asia.

After the program, you will be part of the Operations team in Taiwan and responsible for championing continuous improvement in logistic service. This includes business analysis, sourcing and warehouse planning, and ensuring a strong JIT (Just In Time) methodology.

Your profile

• University degree (minimum Bachelor), preferably in Industrial Engineering, Logistics and Supply Chain management.
• Logistics / supply chain experience is a strong asset.
• Technical interest in and understanding of manufacturing processes and facilities.
• A real team player with strong collaboration and networking skills.
• Enthusiastic, highly motivated and setting the bar high.
• Strong presentation skills and persuasive.
• Strategic and growth mindset, creative problem-solving and analytical ability.
• Self-directed, being able to formulate activities and direction, and work independently to deliver results.
• Great adaptability and flexibility.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written/verbally).
• Other languages are considered a plus.
• Excellent MS office skills.
