Job Description

• Develop a five years local business plan for Taiwan’s Electronics and Biological Science markets, directing regional P&L responsibilities.
• Cultivate key partnerships to launch strategic offerings, improving market share for sustainable growth.
• Drive service business development to enhance revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction.
• Build and lead a high-performing local team, fostering a lean culture for efficiency.
• Ensure ethical practices and business compliance across all company activities.
  

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; MBA preferred.
• Over four years of experience in managing profit and loss.
• More than seven years of experience leading diverse teams, creating local business growth strategies, and ensuring successful execution.
• Proven track record in successfully introducing new offerings/solutions to strategic key accounts.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• In-depth knowledge of semiconductors; familiarity with the life science industry is a plus.
• Strong leadership skills, inspiring, coaching, and developing teams and talents.
• Apply systematic process thinking to enhance efficiency.
• Result-oriented, ambitious, strategic thinker, resourceful, and resilient.
