【Job description】

• Experienced finance person who understands capital market and cross-border investment to advise on financial modeling, investment, capital structure, and corporate financing (including debt financing), assist in negotiation, as well communicating with FAs and investors.

【Required】

• Negotiation with investors (OEMs or not) and governments.
• Preferably in High-Tech, manufacturing or labour intensive industry
• Good command in written, spoken in English
