About the role...

As a finance and accounting management assistant, you have to be proactive, ambitious, and open to new challenges. Aside from process accounting on a daily basis, you’ll participate in project budgeting, establishment, systems integration, and tax return. You’ll involve in accounting management and merge for different BUs and overseas affiliates/ subsidiaries in the future as well.

What you will do...

  • Responsible for monthly settlement of projects, rental income, and asset management of warehousing automation equipment
  • Lead the project accounting and budget preparation, and initiate interdepartmental communication and coordination to control the progress of the project
  • Review and plan accounting procedures and processes
  • Process tax payments and returns, and tax credit of investment
  • Cooperate with external accountants to conduct the operational audit

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

    • Must have...

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Accounting, or equivalent.
  • 3 years of working experience in the Accounting/Auditing field, or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English and Chinese.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.

    • Nice to have...

  • 2 years of working experience in auditing in an Accounting Firm or accounting in a listed company
  • Experience in ERP system (SAP)
  • The hobby of studying IFRS and tax laws
