Objectives

Executing and managing Ferrari ordering process, inventory to secure order portfolio built-up and delivery to achieve Ferrari HQ & MMT sales objectives.

Fundamental tasks:To coordinate sales, PDI, logistic to support smooth sales and delivery process by best utilizing Ferrari Modis system to monitor vehicle status as well as communicate to Ferrari sales team for effective sales operation across three dealerships.

Advanced tasks: To explore findings and insights through Ferrari Modis system and internal process outcomes to generate improvement actions and ideas to help enhance process quality of perfect ordering, option selling and delivery for optimizing business results on allocation, stock and pre-owned sales.

  • Acting as a key node to help optimize the outcome of sales opportunities, option selling of each order insertion for perfect order fulfillment and vehicles delivery to help achieve high sales performance.
  • Based on findings from historical orders to conduct extensive option selling proposal on configurator for clients as well as sales consultants to facilitate execution of the core of Ferrari’s unique personalized sales and service model.
  • Coordinating sales team of three dealerships (TPE/TCG/KHS) to achieve high sales process discipline for customer satisfaction --- ordering, documents and delivery and pre-CSI calls.
  • Job Descriptions:

  • Ferrari monthly order call communication and management among FGC, sales team, Brand GM, to define Clients/Stock/Demo vehicles and options to ensure best allocation management to support sales and business outcome.
  • Ferrari MODIS update and data maintenance to ensure the status outcome is synchronized with local data.
  • PDI & delivery coordination, financial documentation --- sales process support.
  • Generate actions for sales operational processes improvement on work flow efficiency – esp. ordering, documentation flow and delivery
  • Generate structured sales management information with analytic tools to reassure seamless communication between sales and support departments
  • Suggesting impactful option selling proposal to help increase option performance
  • Sales reporting and analysis support to provide management on stock and production status as well as the stock level and age.
  • Support brand GM and pre-owned team on new car sales processes and pre-owned vehicle optional processes management & improvement.
  • Pre-sales engagement to support the sales team at the showroom to know Ferrari’s selling process.
  • Supporting sales force and marketing team on Ferrari branding events, taking initiatives to engage clients in the sales frontline in the showroom and off-site client events.
