• Responsible to establish and manage material shelf life control and Incoming printed NTM control process. Back-up Factory Approver to assure the Change Order Status in SAP is being performed by all view maintainers in the factory. Coordinate quality-related activities for New Product Development (NPD) with R&D and factory cross-function departments. Responsible to manage the quality samples sent for R&D evaluation on time.

What Will You Do - Responsibilities

• NPD Support and Material Management
• Collaborate with NPD, R&D, Production, and Engineering teams to carry out related feasibility checks, material trials, specification approval, preproduction, and prototypes in line with the PLM schedule.
• Ensure NPD projects are realized as expectations and ensure smooth First production and required sampling for R&D and market with timely information sharing and documenting new product information.
• Material trial run with local /global strategy and handling the material issue
• Specification and Factory Approval
• Act as the main contact person for factory approval and specification management related to NPD projects and brand maintenance activities initiated by either R&D or the factory.
• Ensure primary blend templates are maintained and shared with relevant functions accordingly.
• Quality Guidelines and ISO 9001
• Coordinate R&D Manual revisions to be reflected in factory internal processes and ensure information is shared to all relevant functions smoothly and being followed up.
• Coordinate ISO 9001 activities within the factory.
• Ingredient Submission and Shelf Life Control
• Involvement in government audit and ingredient submission process to be fully in line with regulations.
• Closely monitor the shelf life process and take relevant actions timely for smooth material management.
• 5S3R, EHS, Compliance, and Backup
• Carry out 5S3R, EHS, Contamination prevention, and ISO requirements for ensuring a compliant and safe work environment.
• Ensure proper backup of QA associates during their absences and when required.

Who Are We Looking For - Requirements

• Must-Have
• University degree in a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing setup. (FMCG, Packaging)
• QA experience is an advantage
• Quality management system and process knowledge
• Good communication /cooperation skills between different functions and external/internal stakeholders
• Good English Communication Skills (Verbal and Written)
• Interpersonal Skills
• High Attention to Details
• Computer Skills Especially in Excel, Word, and ERP system, SAP knowledge is a plus
