The ideal candidate is a leader who can successfully develop and manage a diverse team. You will solve client problems while providing exceptional service and help develop new business opportunities.

[Responsibilities]

  • Sales team management to ensure whole team can meet BU revenue goal and profit target - Ensure the pipeline funnels and opportunity health.
  • Help clients clarify their needs for ESG, greenhouse gas inventory, carbon footprint, and carbon reduction, and provide them with the most suitable solutions.
  • Provide customers with ESG-related training plans and certification plans, as well as pricing information.
  • Sell carbon platforms and ESG products.
  • Build collaborations opportunities with existing/new customers.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis. - Work with all team members to ensure customer success.
  • [Qualifications]

    • Experience in key account management and sales team management.
    • Familiar with traditional industries/electronics manufacturing/metal processing industry.
    • Experienced in "multi-system integration business negotiation".
    • More than 8 years of work experience, must be interested in ESG/CSR/carbon reduction.
    • Good Mandarin and English communication and expression skills.
    • Capable of helping customers clarify their needs and conducting effective communication.
    • Ability to work in teams.
