Job Description

• Develop semiconductor test plans that enable high volumelow cost solutions for production test. Detail the project tasks, schedule, and budget expectations.
• Work with design engineers to define testability requirements to ensure controllability and observability needs are met to support characterization and manufacturing test.
• Communicate performance findings to technical peers and the development team.
• Develop test programs, analyze data results, and generate supporting documentation.
• Confirm that the appropriate process guidelines, specifications, and strategies have been properly implemented into test programs and plans.
• Design interface and measurement circuits that enhance tester capabilities and ensure compatibility with new product designs.
• Work closely with the manufacturing sites to ensure production hardware solutions and programs are released within the expected delivery dates.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Electrical, Electronic required.
• 8+ yrs of relevant test experience in analog and digital test development.
• Must have experience of Eagle test platform: ETS300, ETS364 & ETS88 testers required.
• Experience with CC++ programming techniques desired.
• Familiar with PCB development software tools such as OrCad and PADS a plus.
• Strong written and verbal skills are required in order to effectively communicate technical details to internal peers and external customers.
• Candidate must be highly motivated and able to demonstrate a history of independently solving technical problems, identifying electrical circuit performance issues, and recommending process/design improvement opportunities either through college projects or work experience.
