• 3 years of experience in technical leadership.
• Experience in Embedded domain environment (e.g., firmware, Linux kernel, Android).
  
  

Preferred qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in technical leadership and people management.
• Experience in drivers development (i.e., Linux/Android) for mobile chipset (e.g., QoS, Power, Thermal Management).
• Experience in building and shipping hardware products.
• Experience in problem-solving and technical innovation.
• Excellent leadership, investigative, project management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Software Engineers, including task planning and code reviews, recruit, hire, and onboard a team of Software Engineers.
• Drive technical projects and provide leadership in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
• Be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and success of complex technical projects.
• Collaborate with other Engineering teams (i.e., hardware, architecture, and software) to design appropriate interfaces between userspace, Linux kernel, firmware, and hardware.
