Embedded Developer

Onsite a Belgian based technology company that develops networked visualization solutions for 3 markets: entertainment, enterprise, and healthcare.

Major products: Video walls, Projection, Image processing, Virtual reality systems, Wireless conferencing & collaboration, Medical displays, Digital operation room

Assignment Duration: 12 months

Qualifications:

• BS/MS/Ph.D. in Computer Science related fields.
• 5+ years of Embedded system programming exp.
• Strong knowledge of Cand Modern C++ and familiar w/ embedded system programming.
• Solid exp. in practical projects or open source projects.

• I/O - I2C, GPIO, SPI.
• Display/Audio - HDMI, MIPI, CSI, GFX, ADC, ALSA.
• Performance/optimization - tuning, encoding, decoding, load balance of computing power, reducing image size

• Fluent in Chinese or English, communicative and assertive when required.
• Pro-active team player w/ leadership in optimizing the whole design and easy adaptable increment shortly.

Good To Have:

• Exp. in networking or wirelesstechnologies would be a plus.
• Exp. in developing accessible technologies would be a plus.
• Agile PMI-ACP exp. would be a plus.

Others:

• Must demonstrate initiative and ownership of assigned responsibilities
• Ability to work collaboratively and openly with cross-functional Team Leaders, members and client
• Soft Skills: Good listener, positive attitude, sense of humor, open minded, respect, patience, resolving issues, etc.
• Exp. working in a collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality
• Patience to detail, Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles
• Can work independently (e.g. manage tasks to complete on time, etc.)
• Can work under pressure
• Can adapt to fast pace environment
• Working permit and Mandarin ability are required with foreigner
