【The Role】

• Entegris Leadership development and rotational programs provide you with in-depth experiences, ongoing mentorship, and targeted training across a range of CMP RD/Applications/Process team and expect to create synergy for overall CMP business development in Taiwan.
  
  

For Manufacture Section:

• Maintain melt-blown process / equipment in production.
• Manage capital project for production extension.
• Continue improving yield, output and quality.
• Work with R&D and Lab for advance CMP filter project
  
  

【In This Role You Will】

• Hands on production troubleshooting and develop preventive maintenance methods or system to maximize equipment effectiveness through TPM.
• Work with senior engineers to set up new production line and execute V&Q plan for production expansion to qualify/validate products to achieve HVM on time.
• Design and complete DOE evaluations to characterize process window for new products or hardware/software modifications.
• Identify opportunities for increasing output, reducing waste and variation in processes by TPS, TQM, Lean, etc.
• Work with R&D, Application and NPI teams to introduce new products to manufacture site.

• A Bachelor’s Degree or above from Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related departments are preferred
• Positive mindset with creativity, good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in English communication
