• File documents in appropriate orders.
• Obtain necessary original documents from relevant parties in a timely manner.
• Create and update document list.
  

• Create new data-room for new projects.
• Update project data in timely manner.
• Classify the documents correctly.
  

• Draft project summary.
• Draft project land lists & lease lists.
• Draft other project documents as required.
  

• Understand project plans and identify plan deviations and recommend resolution for project development managers.
• Monitor and evaluate each step of a project to ensure it is meeting deadlines and target schedule.
• Review contracts to ensure requirements are met, and coordinate with project development managers to rectify issues.
• Work with project development managers to discuss each project, for problem shooting, schedule changes, and reviewing of plan, etc.
  

• Review development plans and check if there are any issues.
• Check with authority on processes when necessary.
• Support legal as well as finance due diligence.
• Discuss with department managers for improvement of business flows and business structures
  

• Make sure project development team, engineering team, and finance team have necessary information at the right timing.
