Description

In this role the successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating, planning and executing the stock keeping unit inventory levels, managing stock transfer orders at right locations and safety stocks by customer/warehouse to support the desired level of customer service while maintaining cost effective levels of inventory, LOB to cover APT ST/E&I

Primary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following

• Determine the SKU inventory levels by warehouse to support the desired level of customer service while minimizing cost and inventory
• Manage Replenishments planning and create, execute and manage STO orders
• Execute the SKU phase in/phase out plans with the Supply Chains and Product Management
• Maintains and coordinates the relationship between Master Planner, Logistics, and Demand Planner to ensure integration and alignment with the replenishment plan
• Monitor, analyze, and propose corrective action to defined metrics
• Manage non product inventory and work with relational functional people to find outlet or propose write off.
• Ensures the right materials are procured at the right time, quality and quantity to meet customer demands at optimized costs.
• Lead resolution of short-term supply/demand imbalances at warehouses.
• Participates in daily/weekly/monthly planning meetings and represents distribution requirement plans as appropriate
• Maintain accurate master data including planning parameters
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in material management, supply chain, engineering, or business degree required
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Supply Chain or related field
• Familiar with SAP-APO-BW.
• APICs CPIM certification preferred
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office – especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English/ Chinese
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Responsible, positive working attitude and self-motivative, being able to work under pressure
