Your Role:

• Develop a global sourcing strategy for ELGT in alignment with PO management and BU heads of TF-SG including and based on the growth strategy of Semi Solutions
  
  

• Assure Supply Security and high quality product delivery.
  
  

• Represent PO with a permanent seat on each business field LT and influence the business growth of ELGT either from PO perspective or business perspective.
  
  

• Develop market intelligence and benchmarking to pro-actively identify new markets and supplier sources
  
  

• Manage risk and maximize current/future market conditions, define contingency planning to ensure critical supply needs are met
  
  

• Represent PO on the Level Up Core team by driving action plans aligned with key workstreams
  
  

• Manage the activities of the global ELGT Procurement team with all involved functions and suppliers
  
  

• Assure the optimal working capital and maximize the turnover rate
  
  

• Ensure all sourcing activities leverage our global supply network across multiple BFs
  
  

• Develop strategies for Product supply reliability and quality for purchased products. Secure second sources where needed. Curb dependence on sole source supply options.
  
  

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration or similar discipline, alternatively Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience
  
  

• More than 10 years working experience in Procurement or Business Functions
  
  

• Extensive Project Management experience in diverse project settings
  
  

• Cross functional and organizational team management & facilitation skills (in/external)
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Excellent leadership, communications and change management skills
  
  

• Negotiation skills on executive level
  
  

• Strong project management capability with deadline focused mentality
  
  

• Demonstrated self-motivation, analytical, problem solving skills and initiative to achieve desired outcomes
  
  

• Ability to constantly work with changing priorities
  
  

• Knowledge of Electronics/Semiconductor market a plus
