Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience
• 5 years of experience with RF systems design from component, circuit and board level design up through the protocol level, and bringing consumer-oriented products to production
• Experience with radio technologies and desense
  
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with coexistence validation and desense mitigation
• Experience tweaking existing test automation software, written in Python and/or LabVIEW
• Experience with RF simulation tools, Ads, or AdWords Reporting (AWR) Microwave Office
• Experience writing system requirements and specifications documents, statements of work, test flows, for cross-functional teams, and external partners
• Experience working in a lab environment, using RF signal generators, spectrum and signal analyzers, VNAs and signaling testers (e.g., R&S, CMW500, etc.).

As a Hardware Engineer, you design and build the systems that are the heart of the world’s largest and most powerful computing infrastructure. You develop from the lowest levels of circuit design to large system design and see those systems all the way through to high volume manufacturing. Your work has the potential to shape the machinery that goes into our cutting-edge data centers affecting millions of Google users.
