• To lead, manage and oversee the EPS business in line with Siemens Regional HQ strategy.
• P&L responsibility for the business.
• Create high performing teams in a diverse and agile environment.
• Adapt to a continuously changing world and market need.
• Ensure and lead the organization to achieve sustainable financial results and processes.
• Secure an optimal organizational structure and regional presence.
• Perform Business Development activities to ensure market relevance and local sales enablement.
• Drive promotion activities together with MarCom to enhance market awareness of EPS.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor or above degree in Business Administration, Engineering or others related field.
• At least 10 years of related experience including 3 or more years of experience managing successful sales teams.
• An innovative, bold, and growth mindset finding the most competitive solutions to the need of our customers.
• Experience of working in complex / matrix organizations with multiple responsibilities and drivers.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
