Key Job AccountabilitiesHe/she collaborates in the definition of the Data activities, roadmap and structures its main data applications (Veeva), according to the business needs, market trends, the global existing landscape.

• Closely work with different stakeholders to understand the business as well as identify the business questions & analytics problems
• Regularly communicate and update the stakeholders on the business performance
• Communicate analysis results and business impacts of insight initiatives to

stakeholders

• Processing of structured or unstructured data
• Group, classify and format collected data and information
• Carry out one-off / targeted studies (countries / products / segments)
• Develop and create activity dashboards according to business needs
• Establish recommendations and be a source of proposals on analyzes
• Contribute to the team’s RUN activities (daily monitoring, job relaunching,

notification to internal customers and incident resolution)

• Contribute to the activities of the operational maintenance of BI and Big Data

solutions

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of analytics and data processes
• Important to have and shall devote 50% of his/her time and will be the main user of

VEEVA after go-live.

• Responsible for development of report and monitor SFE(SALES FORCE

EFFECTINESS) in order to achieve Veeva objectives.Experience Requirement

• Solid experience in business intelligence, data analytics for 1 -3 years in MNC.
• Pharma background and knowledge in Veeva is a plus.
• Experience in BI visualization tools is preferred.
• Track record of successfully driving cross departments data / analytics projects.
• Strong numerical sense, good analytic skills and project management skills.
• Good communication skills in handling different stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced & dynamic environment.
• Good command of written and spoken English & Mandarin
