Job Description

  • Market Penetration: Identify and engage with key healthcare institutions, hospitals, and clinics within the assigned territory to promote our advanced medical technologies.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets while considering the unique needs and requirements of the healthcare market in Central Taiwan.
  • Product Knowledge: Master the technical specifications and features of our medical robotic systems and surgical instruments, enabling you to provide expert advice and demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with healthcare professionals, administrators, and decision-makers to understand their needs and position our products effectively.
  • Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers, showcasing the benefits and advantages of our innovative medical technologies.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales records.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about the competitive landscape, market trends, and potential business opportunities to make informed strategic decisions.
  • Training and Support: Collaborate with our dedicated training team to ensure that customers are well-educated about the proper usage and benefits of our products.
The Successful Applicant

  • Proven track record in medical device sales, preferably in surgical or robotic systems.
  • Strong network of connections within the healthcare industry in Central Taiwan.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented, with a commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Flexibility to travel within the region as required.
