Job Summary

This position is mainly responsible for becoming a competent customer success partner to develop a sustainable customer engagement plan, develop opportunities, achieve sales revenue targets and maintain business growth in the designated area. This position is responsible for account management and development in its own territory.


Main Tasks & Responsibilities

Team Management

  • Work closely with the support team and allocate resource to assist the company in collecting market information, market development and customer daily work

Area and Account Management

  • Achieve sales target in the area of responsibility
  • Continue to understand and participate in the long-term development goals of customers, integrate company resources and products, and develop with customers
  • Identify and develop business opportunities within area of responsibility and collaborate with sales team to ensure attainment
  • Record, monitor and track customer enquiries, complaints and/or issues are resolved with high level of urgency
  • Develop and execute customer engagement plan in order to achieve high degree of customer satisfaction and sustainable partnership
  • Manage and maintain assigned key accounts by keeping record of all business transactions, market activities, and competitors
  • Identify, monitor and manage distributor channels that can contribute to business success
  • Conduct business in full compliance to Behavior in Business and Behavior in Competition


Basic Requirements of the Job


Education

University graduate in Biochemistry, Medical technology or equivalent.


Experience

Minimum 3 years selling experience in medical device area.


Language Skills

Intermediate English in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
