Our seasoned leadership and dedicated global team of more than 2,500 is focused on shaping an exciting future for ZimVie — we hope you’ll consider being a part of it!Job SummaryTo be responsible for the processing, billing and delivering of all customers’ orders on a timely basis and in compliance with the policies and procedures. In collaboration with the warehouse staff, communicate with customers to ensure timely resolution of problems affecting order processing and delivery of goods.Job Responsibilities
  • Receive and process daily regular customer orders. Check terms of sales e.g. pricing, shipping instructions and payment terms. Coordinate with customer and warehouse to fulfill shipment. Invoice release, print and send to customers per agreed schedule
  • Received ASN, provide to custom brokers along with Import licence data and tariff codes to facilitate custom clearance.
  • Receive and process inter-company redeployment orders. Follow-up for debit and credit memos
  • Process internal orders including instrument consignment, samples, open sterile implant replacement, instrument parts replacement and spare part requests for repairs
  • Organize, file and maintain all customer’s orders
  • Checking, record keeping and filing of shipment related expense claims, such as freight and customs, brokerage fee
  • In charge of reports preparation. Reports includes daily shipment report, weekly and monthly in-market usage reports, sample and open implant summary reports, instrument replacement cost report, etc. Ensure such reports are submitted to the management team and related sales and marketing personnel on a timely manner

  • College / University graduate, preferably in logistic or supply chain related field, but not essential
  • 1 -2 years’ of working experience
  • Excellent customer service, desire to acquire knowledge and drive to succeed
  • Inter-personal awareness and good communication skills
  • Positive attitude, tenacity and meticulous
  • Ability to plan and organize workload to meet deadlines
  • Good command of English
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
