We are looking for Customer Quality Engineer (CQE) in Taiwan, Taipei office.

NVIDIA is leading the way into high growth area of Autonomous Driving, High Performance Computing, Artificial Intelligence, and computer Gaming. Company is pushing hard the technology in all areas including the advanced package technology. NVIDIA’s Quality Team is looking for a CQE that has a strong customer/technical experience in the area of system database, PCBA manufacturing/functional testing and customer complaint handling.

You will be reporting to Customer Quality Manager.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Manage customer complaints and responses (status tracking / reporting / documentation) -- to ensure effective communication of information between customer and FA / engineering teams. To formulate complaint containment, updates, corrective actions, and closure. Focal point of customer complaint escalations and voice of customer./ Participate/lead meetings with customers related to product quality.
  • Drive Quality / RMA improvement -- to continuously review, analyze and report customer yield and RMA information to internal teams / Coordinate and conduct customer line audits when needed. / Manage FA activities on field return issues.
  • Drive the Line Data Accuracy and FA CND Rate Reduction – to Support On-site socket board verification / Support On-site FA and first line triage of quality issues from IQC / SMT / ICT / FCT / OQA / ORT / RMA and to Manage urgent recovery activities to quality excursion / line-down / urgent customer issues, such as on-site rework activities
  • Support implementation of projects (status tracking / reporting / documentation) – to ensure effective communication of information between customer and internal teams and regular review project progress to ensure the project running well.
What We Need To See
  • Bachelor Degree in Electronics/Computer Engineering or equivalent education or experience
  • Minimum 3+ years of customer quality experience in electronics products
  • Experience in quality operation or System Data Center Support or PCBA Testing/Troubleshooting processes
  • Knowledge of SMD (Surface Mount Device), SMT (Surface Mount Technology) and Assembly manufacturing practices and controls
  • Strong ability on data analysis and familiar with QA analysis tools / Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd
  • In depth experience in customer complaint handling and understanding what customer need in quality
  • Good Knowledge of the sever product infrastructure and test methodology
  • Strong technical/debug skills in System Data center / PCBA Troubleshooting
