Job Description

• Manage and handle firmware engineering team including hiring, mentoring, and performance evaluations
• Work closely with different functional teams to ensure product development and launch
• Design and execute strategies to meet goal and schedule for product development
• Make sure products meet certifications and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with factories to ensure product manufacturing
  

The Successful Applicant

• 15+ years of working experience in firmware development
• 5+ years of management experience
• Familiar with BSP programming on Linux and Android systems
• Familiar with strategic planning, resource allocation, and budgeting
• Knowledge of manufacturing process
• Strong communication skill
