Purpose of the Role

Aesop Taiwan is looking for a partner who focuses on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) in implementing marketing events, especially on all customer-related activities.

As a CRM Coordinator, you will combine retail strategies, technologies that Aesop uses to manage and analyze customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle in a practical way.

In this position, you will plan and execute the communication materials to customers by collaborating with the Global and the Local Marketing team, Visual Merchandiser, and Retail Team. Furthermore, the teams will reply to your statistical insight from the CRM platform (Salesforce) to design proper communication materials. Thus, the successful candidate will act as an analyst to initiating marketing activities and ensure the timely completion of all administrative marketing tasks.

What We Are Looking For
  • Previous experience in marketing, digital wholesales, social media management are highly desirable
  • Previous experience in Salesforce and basic knowledge of HTML are preferred
  • Passion for planning marketing events on both physical and virtual channels.
  • Having a good sense of numbers and able to analyze master data.
  • Strong self-starter and self-discipline to execute marketing events accordingly.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to create positive stakeholder relationships
  • A clear understanding of Aesop’s approach to marketing activities;
  • A highly organized and resourceful individual with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and conflicting deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin

Job Description
  • Analyze the customer-related data on the CRM platform (Salesforce) and come up with an action plan.
  • Manage digital wholesales and provide statistical insight on customer purchase behavior.
  • Manage the communication materials.
