Corporate Legal Assistant

Job Duties: to assist the General Counsel in both the day to day legal and administrative work.

• Prepare legal documents, including contract, regulatory filing and report.
• Maintain and update corporate records
• Handle regulatory update and follow up
• Coordinate compliance self-assessment
• Provide support on communication matters
• Assist with administrative tasks and special projects
  

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s law degree and at least 3 years of experience working for an in-house legal department or law firm assisting with corporate related matters.
• Proficiency in English is a plus
