From an initial focus on Mobility, to the ever expanding focus on Delivery and other growth bets, we support the continued safe and sustainable growth of Uber’s operations. #StandforSafety is our core value and delivering on this is crucial for the long term success of Uber.About The RoleWe are looking for Program Specialists to work alongside our Regional / Country Community Operations team and own the design and development of Content Support Strategy across all of our LoBs.This multifaceted role requires systematic organization, a solution-oriented attitude, creativity, and proficiency in writing & developing content that will ultimately help provide a seamless experience to our support agents & customers.Your Impact in RoleTo Succeed In This Role, You Will Need ToYou will manage a diverse set of copywriting requests and content updates under tight timeframes, working closely with various business partners in Uber Taiwan. You will have an opportunity to strongly influence customer sentiment during moments that matter by deciding what we will say to them, and in what kind of way.- Develop leveraged content strategies: You will establish strategical approaches to improve In-app and web-based Help Center for riders, drivers, restaurant partners, and Eats customers in Japan; internal Support Knowledge Base articles and flows for customer support representatives
- Make it easy for readers to find content: You will develop structure/framework of support content to improve the discoverability of our content and help our readers find the answers in the right place at the right time
- Evolve our existing support materials constantly: You will manage content programs to ensure our support content is simple yet comprehensive enough. The right answer will satisfy our customers’ needs and is 100% up to date
- Manage content production to deliver high-quality content efficiently: You will partner with content writers to create content for customers and Uber’s customer support representatives in the form of internal blogs, FAQ webpages, and app articles. You will add value by helping to set the right tone and manner for the content
- 1 to 2 years of content creation / copywriting experience in a fast-changing business environment: Experience creating content for customer support and in tech or other industries where products and policies are complex are valued.
- Exceptional spoken and written English: You are passionate about grammar, syntax, structure, and tone. You can craft tight content, explaining complex ideas in a simple manner.
- Demonstrated stakeholder management skills: You are experienced working in a diverse environment, proactive in speaking their mind and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Critical thinking and problem solving: You proactively link product insights and think critically about related or conflicting support logic.
- We provide our employees with monthly Uber credits to use against the full value of Eats & Rides (whichever applicable in your market) plus a 17% discount (excluding non-restaurant food deliveries) on orders through our App (which exists even when your credits expire).
- Family comes first, and our paid parental leave (minimum 18 weeks full pay with additional benefits or paid leave depending on your location) is accessible for all new parents from day 1 (with no tenure requirement).
