Citi’s Regulation Management team is hiring a Regulations Management Program Improvement Lead to manage a team serving as regional ambassadors of Regulation management program updates. The successful candidate will serve as a single point of contact for standards and procedures requirements and provide guidance to all stakeholders for how to operate in adherence with new procedures, as well as implement and oversee a feedback loop to continuously identify and address program improvement opportunities based on stakeholder feedback, frequently asked questions and testing results.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability message complex topics to a wide and diverse range of stakeholders across the globe. We are also looking for a strong change manager who is organized and able to create clear and customizable implementation plans..

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with key stakeholders to identify program improvement opportunities
  • Facilitate Continuous Improvement governance forum to include compiling input from multiple sources, identifying root causes and remediation activities, leading and tracking agreed upon actions
  • Serve as ambassador across regions to message transformation activities and program improvements
  • Act as primary Point of Contact for day to day user questions; manage FAQ portal
  • Manage team with responsibility to liaise with ICRM and business partners and support training and communication campaigns
Qualifications:
  • Strong communicator with ability to message complex topics to wide and diverse stakeholder base across the globe
  • Experienced change manager, organized and able to create clear and customized implementation paths
  • Strategic mindset with ability to engage at the detailed level and aggregate information and strategies
  • Confident interacting with all levels of the organization
  • People leader who has built and managed successful teams with global reach
  • PowerPoint skills
  • Compliance Risk manager with transformation background a plus
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree; experience in compliance, legal or other control-related function in the financial services firm, regulatory organization, or legal/consulting firm, or a combination thereof; experience in area of focus; previous experience managing a diverse staff; Advanced degree preferred.
