The Role Responsibilities

1. Responsible for Global Compensation & Benefits Programs for high competitive compensation strategies.

2. As an independent compensation professional, you will be responsible for Sales Incentives, Performance Bonus Plan, Merit Increase, Long-term Incentive Plans, and HR practice benchmark…etc.

3. Human resource data analysis across overseas regions for executives’ decisions making.

Ideal candidate

1. Strong oral and written communication ability in English.

2. Familiar with Labor Law and 5+ years of compensation professional with solid strategic thinking.

3. Excellent project management and communication skills.

4. Continuous learning & improvement, collaborating, influencing, earning trust.
