【Job Description工作內容】

Works related to LEOS communication system engineering, including but not limited to

1.Communication system architecture design and planning.

2.Formulation of system requirements, and summarization& coordination of system specifications.

3.Integration and testing principle planning, anddevelopment progress management.

4.Tracking the completeness of specifications and testitems.

低軌衛星通訊系統工程相關工作，包括 (且不限於)

1. 通訊系統架構設計與規劃。

2. 系統需求制定，系統規格彙整與協調。

3. 整合與測試原則規劃，開發進度管理。

4. 規格與測項完整性的追蹤與統合。

【Job Requirements資格條件】

1.Master degree (or above) in a subject such as communication,telecommunications, aerospace, information, industrial engineering, and other engineering related.

2.Expertise requirements (one or more): communication theory, wireless communication system, satellite system engineering, programming, software engineering, management information system, and technology planning & management.

3.Programming languages requirements (one or more): C,C++, C#, Matlab, or Python.

4.Applicants with practical experience in coordination and management of telecommunications system/service integration, or communication/ aerospace product development integration are preferred.

1.碩士(含)以上，通訊/電信/航太/資訊/工業工程等工程相關畢。

2.具以下專業知識(一項或多項)：通訊理論、無線通訊系統、衛星系統工程、程式設計、軟體工程、管理資訊系統、科技計畫與管理。

3.熟悉以下語言(一項或多項)：C, C++, C#, Matlab 或Python。

4.有電信系統或服務整合、通訊或航太產品開發整合的協調與管理等實務經驗者佳。

【About Information and Communications Research Laboratories關於資通所】

Founded in 1990, the Information and Communications Research Laboratories (ICL) of ITRI focuses on development of advanced and core technologies for Taiwan’s ICT industrial upgrade and value-added. From personal computers (including notebook) and network communications in the early period to emerging smart devices and cloud computing application services, ICL built the foundation for industrial development by leading technology research and cultivating talents. In line with government policy, ICL also consolidates domestic resources from industry, government and academy to participate international ICT standard organizations to improve Taiwan’s visibility and influence in global market.

In recent years, ICL has transformed its research domain from hardware-driven to software centric, service oriented and system integration, involving not only in technologies of 5G wireless communication system and network, cloud data center system technology, advanced SoC and system design, mobile devices and audio/video technology, IoT and innovative applications, but further expanding on emerging topics and applications on FinTech, autonomous vehicle, tele-operated vehicle and tele-operated drone, cyber security, artificial intelligence and edge computing, next generation ambient intelligence system, smart manufacturing service system and smart energy management. Looking to the future, ICL will enhance the ability on software-hardware integration and creation, interdisciplinary cooperation and exploration on new business opportunity so to make contribution on deeper technology development, industrial value-added and social welfare promotion.

工研院資訊與通訊研究所於1990年成立，以ICT產業發展所需之前瞻主題研究、關鍵技術之開發、以其研發成果附加價值的提升與產業化為核心。從早期的個人電腦（含筆記型電腦）、有線通訊與網路，一直到無線與行動通訊及新興智慧終端與雲端應用服務等，資通所不僅僅是ICT技術的先驅領航者，也培育出相當豐沛且深厚的技術能量及優秀人才，為國內產業發展奠定殷實的根基。此外，資通所亦配合政府政策，從無到有地協助整合國內產官學研各界能量參與國際ICT相關標準組織活動與標準制定，藉由技術創新與智財的累積，更增進我國在全球競爭舞台能見度與影響力。
