Our company is seeking a skilled Chrome OS Partner Support Technician/Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with the ChromeOS coordinators to ensure timely and clear information is received, ensuring AVL components comply with manufacturing standards, documenting tasks and processes, and handling front-line troubleshooting. Check all components’ documents to qualify them for the AVL (Assign Vendor List) process The candidate will work collaboratively with various teams across the globe in English and Mandarin, replicate and identify partners’ challenges/issues, coordinate Google internal resources to provide solutions, track support issues, and escalate to the proper channel.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field

2. 1+ years of experience in technical support, preferably in a partner-facing role

3. Strong interest in manufacturing and supply chain

4. Ability to write and converse fluently in English and Mandarin

5. Well-developed Excel and PowerPoint skills

6. Ability to deal with multiple stakeholders with competing priorities

7. Passion for process excellence and continuous improvement in operations

8. Nice-to-have: Experience in project management
