Bjak, a leading player in the Information Technology and Services industry, is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Chief of Staff for their Taiwan office. As the Chief of Staff, you will serve as a key strategic partner to the executive team, helping to drive the company’s vision and goals forward. This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented individual to play a pivotal role in shaping Bjak’s success and growth in Taiwan.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the executive team to develop and execute strategic initiatives and operational plans
• Act as a liaison between departments, ensuring effective communication and coordination of efforts
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities
• Proactively identify operational inefficiencies and develop innovative solutions to drive process improvements
• Manage cross-functional projects, overseeing timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation
• Assist in the preparation and delivery of presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Support the executive team in driving organizational culture, employee engagement, and talent development
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in the IT and Services industry
• Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong project management abilities, with a track record of successfully leading complex initiatives
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, with proficiency in written and verbal communication
