An excellent CFO job in Taipei City Taiwan has just arisen at one of the technology company. The CFO is a key member of executive team and is responsible for overseeing the global financial operations, and will be working hybrid and based in Taipei, Taiwan.Key Responsibilities
  • develop and execute ESOP and IPO plans
  • manage the treasury function, and develop the relations with capital market
  • conduct due diligence on potential cross-border M&A targets
Key Requirements
  • progressive financial management experience, including cross-border M&A and corporate finance preferable in technology industry
  • familiarity with capital markets and IPOs
  • managing investor relationships
