C&B Manager/ Associate Manager

We are currently looking for an experienced Compensation and Benefits Manager/ Associate Manager who will advise and deliver on the best practices of compensation and benefits program. You will be responsible for supervising the C&B partner to ensure efficient delivery of C&B services and supporting overall HR shared services function of Advantech.

Reporting of the role: This role report to the Head of HR

【Responsibility】

• Conduct research into best practice total reward schemes, reviewing existing schemes and identifying areas of improvement.
• Define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned with our company’s strategy and business goals.
• Develop a consistent compensation philosophy in line with the work culture and organization objectives.
• Ensure that compensation practices comply with current legislation (i.e. pay equity, human rights, etc.).
• Participate in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits.
• Conduct ongoing research, study and best practices in the industry.
• Oversee C&B plan as well as development of key processes and policy governance.
• Lead integration and transformation of HR processes, systems, and structures.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and improve quality of services.

【Qualification】

• At least 8 years of work experience in HR operations, compensation & benefits, payroll administration, or relevant experience in MNCs
• Ability to work collaboratively with process owners, function teams, legal and tax advisors and other consultants and work effectively within Advantech functional teams
• Highly proficient in Excel and knowledge of other MS office applications
• Fast leaner with excellent analytical and detail oriented
• Self-motivated, result oriented and leadership skills
