Responsibilities of the role:Business Partnering & Decision Support Facilitate business strategy planning process of business units or sales sectors and provide comments with solid financial and business rationale behindSupport management team in strategic direction setting, innovation of business model/program, as well as cross functional strategic alignment and coordination Performance Management & Financial Planning Provide relevant insights to business unit or sector sales management through financial result analysis (including revenue, cost and margin, productivity, ROI…) Conduct financial planning and budgeting for business unit; facilitate business and organization planning for region/sector unit Others Ad hoc business/financial analysis, industry/market research Prepare presentation for designated meeting purposes Organize business management process and mechanism
What you will need:Proactive working attitude with attention to details and numbers Ability to think independently and work effectively and efficiently with people at all levels in an organizationStrong interpersonal skill to understand organizational dynamics and influence counter parties to align with corporate strategyBS/MS degree in Business or Finance, MBA is preferred
