Company Description

Rook Quality Systems is a consulting firm specializing in helping medical device companies develop and maintain effective and efficient quality management systems. More importantly, our quality engineers often lead the product technical documentation and regulatory filings by working with our client’s engineering team directly. You should anticipate a broad exposure to the medical device development lifecycle and project management experience in the healthcare industry. Our clients range from Fortune 500 companies, university spun-offs, and start-ups. The majority of our clients develop software as medical devices (SaMD).

Responsibilities

This is a Business Intelligence function with interaction with the management team and external entities (e.g., partnership or client entities)

• Scout suitable partners and clients based on the business development need
• Help establish a partnership program in the Asia Pacific Region and our partnering entities locally
• Support marketing and sales activities (e.g., blog post and webinar cadence management, participate in promotional activities, represent the company at conferences or tradeshows)
• Facilitate operation tasks (e.g., internal training program establishment, coordination on personnel resource allocation, vendor information setup)
• Facilitate accounting tasks (e.g., managing contracts, managing electronic receipts)

Qualifications

• Demonstrates excellent coordination and communication skills
• Demonstrates ability to work and communicate with English-speaking partners and clients and develop relationships with the operation team from the US office
• Strong level of curiosity and willingness to learn
• Adaptable team player with the ability to work cross-functionally

Reasoning Ability

Ability to apply principles of logical thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems.
