Main responsibilities:Business Excellence
  • Develop business competence framework with a supporting training plan by leveraging company training materials, internal and external resources.
  • Develop business planning and review process across franchise aligned with company guidance.
  • Identify best practices to share with team to uplift capabilities and exchange ideas of good practice.
  • Manage content tracking dashboard and excel that able to provide insights and facilitate actions.
  • Optimize the speed and quality of strategic goal deliverables by establishing or simplifying operational framework.
Launch Excellence
  • Work with marker access manager for championing sharing (collaborate with APAC and Greater China team) to enhance competencies and experience for new product launch.
Surgical solution strategic selling and customer approaching tool excellence
  • Closely partner with franchise sales manager and commercial excellence team to accelerate business capabilities for GtM transformation.
  • Work with franchise sales manager to develop local digital promotion method to approach their target customers.
  • Lead select strategic projects, as “optimized orthopedic surgical solution and care” to the market through inspiring internal and external customer with the right approaches, tools, skills, attitudes and mindset to deliver impact and results.
