What You’ll Be Doing

Establish Dashboard and Scorecard track SOS KPIs for Sales/Marketing program effectiveness

Conduct analysis to identify improvement priority, finding out root causes, and providing recommendation actions.

Enable Sales or Marketing spends to be used more effectively while reaching goals thru re-allocating resources in identified impactful drivers/KPIs.

Integrate Sales and Marketing online activities and resources to build effective follow-up and tracking mechanism and platform for Digital intiatives (eg. Online recruitment, Online AOM, Marketing activities on social media) to boost up the conversation rate from viewers/fans to AVON reps.

Track the effectiveness of various new trials on Digital platforms and provide analysis to identify impactful KPIs for Digital performance (Online Recruitment activities, Marketing brochure) for duplications or improvement.

We’d Love You To Have

Bachelor degree or above with major in Business or Computer science related

2-3Y working experiences

SQL experience is a plus

Analytical mindset

Strong in logical

Good communication skills inter-depts

Detailed with patience, especial tedious works in data clean and integration before analysis

Can handle high pressure

Passionate to help sales boost-up thru quantitative insight
