1 . Order: quotation calculation, contract T&C, purchase, invoicing, New Order/Sales/COS recognition, margin deviation, sales return, FX monitoring, hedging, project commercial management, cash flow, Tax, Transfer price

2 . Cost Center: overhead, cost transfer, reimbursement, commission income

• Assets mgmt: fixed assets, inventory, AR, etc.
• Internal control: support external and internal audit, credit limit setup, export control, identify potential areas and approaches to cost saving and process improvement, etc.
• Risk mgmt: provision and accrual, ERM
  
  

Sales support:

1 . Bid preparatin, LoA, contract negotiation, contract management, L/C negotiation, AR collection

2 . Customer visit

• Supplier mgmt, evaluation, payment control
  
  

Reporting

1 . Budget Planning/BTA and rolling forecast for PnL, B/S, FCF, HC, Investment in compliant with FRG, IFRS, etc.

2 . Month end, quarter end and year end closing

• Gap analysis, comment and develop levers, drivers to reach the result
