Automation and Electrical Engineer

We are seeking an Automation and Electrical Engineer to join in Amaran. This job is responsible for planing, organizing and continuous improvement initiatives, managing all related automation system, improving equipment performance, and maximizing equipment availability. Collaborate with other stakeholders on improving the equipment flexibility, which will enable the equipment to manufacture products of different dosage forms or to use alternative new materials and components.

Responsibilities

1.Review key Performance Indicators (KPI) of key automated equipment. From the PLC performance trend, audit trial reporting and assessment, KPI’s-if any, provides recommendation and solution for continuous improvement.

2.Act as an SME for Computer System Validation projects and train colleagues as part of knowledge management and skills upgrading.

3.Review and approve SOP and validation protocols related to Computer system validation or Automation system. Integrating new SOP’s or WI in compliance to ICH QMS or CFR guidelines.

4. A good understanding of Electrical system standards and protection guidelines. For instance Taiwan Power Supply requirements, IEC standards or Electrical IP protection standards.

5. Any other tasks related to electrical system and automation system as and when assigned by Supervisors.

Qualifications

1.BS or MS degree, majored in Electrical/Electronics with 2-3 experiences in Automation and Electrical power supply and distribution system.

2.Preferably possessing an Electrical Engineer operating license.

3.Preferably with PLC or Process Automation experiences. Understanding of Computer system validation in compliance to 21 CFR Part 11 and GAMP 5 requirements.

4.A good communicator, ability to work with various department personnel, good presenter or trainer and documentation control.
