RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist senior media manager in providing best performance solutions that serve brand and business purposes through strategic media planning as well as keen market and audience understanding. Bring forward thinking and ahead of market approach to the team to achieve “Only Chanel Can Do” vision.



  • Media Trend and Insight
  • Keen observation and knowledge of upfront and emerging media trend
  • Understanding of luxury market and audience insights for each business division
  • Understanding of E-business and E-service market landscape
  • Review competitive activation and insights
  • Performance Media Strategy Planning
  • Set online media strategies to reach full-funnel business goals, including visibility, engagement, acquisition and retention.
  • Work with Media Agency to develop short to long term data driven media strategy to accelerate E-commerce growth
  • Work with regional team on accelerating digital service that connect with paid media roles
  • Collaborate with product and marketing team to achieve campaign effectiveness
  • Collaborate with CRM, omni-channel and EC teams to optimize audience segmentation and paid media performance
  • Social media management paid & owned
  • Corporate and divisional SEM strategy & performance
  • Work with media agency to optimize campaigns results across platforms.
  • Digital Transformation
  • Collaborate with CRM, omni-channel and TDS teams to create seamless consumer journey and experience on digital service development and SEO projects (incl but not limited to GA4, and cookieless era)
  • Set short to long term data roadmap and work with TDS team on CDP project
  • Closely work with key digital partners on pilot projects and seize local initiative opportunities when possible
  • Leadership Of Media Agency And Key Partners
  • Give clear brief to media agency including market context, client composition, business objective and direction of role of media.
  • Work with media agency on media plan development to ensure media strategy is in line with brand and business objective
  • Manage day to day relationship and operation with media agency and deliver best practice management incl. workflow, relationships management and agency evaluation
  • Keep track of digital campaign performance and make constant adjustment whenever needed
  • Communications With Internal Stakeholders
  • Build collaborative relationship with internal stakeholders (marketing, omni-channel, CRM, TDS, finance…etc)
  • Work closely with marketing and omni-channel team to drive for best practice and investment efficiency
  • Constant communication with regional and global media counterparts to ensure strategy alignment and seek best practice learning from other countries

  • Strong performance media background
  • Proficient with Google Marketing Platforms, Google Ads, SEM & SEO, Programmatic Buying, Facebook Ads are preferred
  • Google & Meta Certification preferred
