Minimum qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Radio Frequency or Electromagnetic or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience in designing Antenna system solutions for Consumer Electronics.
• Experience using wireless communication systems such as GSM/UMTS/CDMA/LTE/5G, 802.11, Bluetooth, GPS, factory processes, and manufacturing.
• Experience in Electromagnetic Simulation tools (CST, XFDTD, HFSS, etc.).
  
  

Preferred qualifications:

• PhD in Electrical Engineering specializing in RF or Electromagnetics.
• Experience using common RF test equipment (spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, protocol and signaling testers) and antenna chambers.
• Experience with scripting and automation tools for data collection and analysis.
• Experience with antennas used in wireless consumer products.
• Knowledge of schematic creation and PCB design tools.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements (FCC, IC, CE, etc.) and their respective certification process and cellular industry standards and specs (e.g. CTIA, PTCRB, WiFi alliance etc.).

Responsibilities

• Design Antenna and evaluate performance for new products.
• Manage Antenna system schematic and layout design.
• Optimize OTA performance to fulfill carrier/certification/in-house requirement.
• Clarify pilot run issue.
• Analyze RMA issue after mass production.
